And let’s talk about the server, he greeted us with a friendly smile and an enthusiastic “Hola!”.
It was clear; we landed in a place brimming with the spirit of Mexico. A truly authentic Mexican restaurant experience!
You know I’m always in search of delicious escapades! The menu did not disappoint with a dazzling array of mouthwatering choices.
Tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and sizzling fajitas twirled in my imagination like a lively mariachi band!
My humans couldn’t resist the call of the fajitas. Each selected their protein to make the experience uniquely theirs at this Senor Barrigas.
While our taste buds eagerly awaited the fajitas’ grand entrance, we were treated to the restaurant’s legendary tortilla chips and salsa.
Oh boy! Those crunchy, golden chips, paired with a salsa that packed just the right punch, set our taste buds doing the tango!
