Bob here, paddling down the delightful currents of memory! Let me take you on a joyride through our fantastic pit stop at 28 Shots Bar and Grill in the charming town of Dixon, Missouri.

We were floating amidst a sea of laughter and camaraderie during the exhilarating Support Bikers Charity ride.

We cruised through the stunning landscapes of Missouri, from the breathtaking Lake of the Ozarks to the Uranus Fudge Factory.

And guess what?
Our little escapade raised a whopping $685 for the Wrecked Rider Fund, talk about a quacking good cause!
Let’s dive into the dynamic duo behind this incredible establishment: Shawn and Gwen Stevens!
They opened 28 Shots Bar and Grill on July 23, 2020, and boy, did they bring some serious flair!
With Shawn being a 20-year Army Veteran and Gwen rocking 12 years in law enforcement, their dedication to community spirit shines brighter than a sunny day on the water.
You can practically feel the warmth and camaraderie radiating from every corner of their fabulous spot.

What makes 28 Shots extra special is their heart for the community!
In September, they generously donated $1 from every burger sold to support the DHS band, raking in $381!

And come October, they’re all in for the Outkasts Soccer team, setting them on the path to glory at the National Championships in Panama City, Florida.
That’s the kind of love and support that sends joyous ripples through my little rubber heart!

When we rolled in on our bikes, the air was electric with excitement. The walls of 28 Shots are adorned with quirky memorabilia. You could feel the camaraderie buzzing around like a swarm of jubilant bees.

This isn’t just a stop on the biker trail; it’s a beloved haven where bikers, families, and food lovers converge!

It felt like home sweet home, with warm smiles and hearty laughter echoing all around me.

Speaking of hearty, let’s dive into the culinary treasures we indulged in!
Our vast crew of 48 hungry souls selected from across the menu, chomping down on an enticing array of dishes.
From crispy quesadillas with fries to mouthwatering burgers and crispy breaded mushrooms, it was a feast fit for royalty!

My trusty human opted for a bright Chicken Bacon Ranch salad, bursting with fresh veggies and flavour that could make a rubber duck dance!

The portion sizes were spot-on for our adventurous day, and every dish was a feast for the eyes as much as the belly.
Let’s give a big shout-out to the fantastic staff at 28 Shots – talk about friendly!

They greeted our rowdy band of bikers with smiles wider than my rubber grin. They served us faster than I could paddle!
It felt like we were part of one big, happy family.
The blend of delightful food, uplifting vibes, and the joyful banter among the bikers created an atmosphere so rich with camaraderie. It felt like the echoes of laughter were serenading me, like the sweet quacks of a joyous duck.
It’s truly amazing how the bonding over food and riding stitched our hearts together in such a meaningful way.

All in all, our stop at 28 Shots Bar and Grill was a shining star on our journey.
I can’t wait to quack about this wonderful adventure filled with scrumptious eats, top-notch service, and endless giggles to my fellow rubber ducks!
Here’s to many more memorable meals and quacking good times as we paddle off into the wavy horizon.
